how to get started

Memberships at The Turquoise Cup begins with first attending a Studio Membership Orientation, which is required before accessing the studio and member benefits.

Members who wish to use the pottery wheels independently must either complete:

Beginner Wheel Class AND Intermediate Wheel Class at The Turquoise Cup

OR

Pass a Wheel Skills Evaluation($45)

Enjoy the convenience of unlimited access during our regular opening hours with our Basic Membership, or the freedom of 24/7 access with our Premium Membership, allowing you to create whenever inspiration strikes.

Members Only Discounts

Basic Membership receives a 10% discount on all workshops and classes, plus ½ kiln shelf per month for both bisque and glaze firings.

Premium Membership receives a 20% discount on all workshops and classes, along with ½ kiln shelf per month for both bisque and glaze firings.

Members also enjoy exclusive bulk clay pricing.

You’ll have access to our slab-roller, pottery wheels, tables, tools, and a variety of glazes. Clay members also have assigned storage cubbies for ongoing projects.

  • To sign up for a membership, visit our studio or website, fill out the membership application, and make your first payment. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time by contacting our membership coordinator. Changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

  • Studio fees, the use of studio equipment, wheels, and tools are all included in your membership fee. Classes, workshops and clay are billed as used, at your discounted membership rate.

  • Yes, members can bring a guest to the studio. Guests must sign in upon arrival and are subject to a studio fee of $18 per visit. Members are responsible for their guests and must accompany them at all times during their visit.
